Dear Valued U.S. Customers, 

We're letting you know about some changes to our ordering process due to recent U.S. importing policy changes and implementation. While this policy is beyond our control, we're working to navigate these changes as smoothly as possible.

Since Sankei International doesn't have a business presence in the United States, we need to be transparent about how the U.S import policies affects you as our customer. When you place an Order, you will be considered the official importer of these goods. All U.S orders will be handled by UPS. This means you'll be responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed when your package arrives into the country, as well as any brokerage fees that may apply. These fees will be calculated by UPS. If you want to self clearance your order, please contact UPS as soon as you receive the tracking ID via email.

The items in this collection are items which we have reviewed and available for U.S customers to purchase. More will be added as we continue to review our products.

We want to be upfront: any applicable tariff rates, duties, and taxes are set by U.S customs authorities and are beyond our control. We genuinely wish we could provide exact amounts in advance, but we simply cannot because we don't know the final assessment that U.S customs authorities will make.

If we have a presence in the U.S, we will of course take care of this for our customer but it is not the case today. 

Policies can often change with very short notice. As a result fees and charges can vary. We encourage you to do your own research on duties & taxes and make sure you're comfortable with the known fees and risks before proceeding with your purchase. 

Customer experience is our priority, and transparency is at the heart of everything we do. If you're feeling uncertain or uncomfortable about proceeding after reviewing this information, we completely understand and genuinely encourage you not to move forward with the order at this time. There's no pressure, we want you to feel confident in your decision. Removing products that once was available to U.S customers is a very hard decision for us. Please acknowledge that once you place an order online it means you fully understand the above terms and conditions.

If there are any items in your cart that is not listed in this collection, you will not be able to check them out online. We will need to manually review the order to ensure customers understands the impact of the tariff framework before processing. If that is the case, the following steps will need to be followed.

2. Add your desired items to your shopping cart
3. Contact us and share your cart details

This review process helps us clearly explain the impact of tariff so there are no surprises with your final costs on arrival.
